At Nixon, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built watches and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Nixon packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
